Summary:
As a dispatcher, your job first and foremost is to maximize revenue. You will organize and routethe field staff to cut down on drive time and increase opportunity. You are the point of contact forour field staff with the office, the customer, and the management team. You have an incrediblyimportant role of making sure both the customer and our field staff have an amazing experiencewith our company. It is a fast-paced, high-energy job that asks you to think outside the box andrequires constant problem-solving. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver a Wow Customer Service
Customer Service- Inbound and Outbound Call Taking (50-100 calls/day)
Outbound dialing between downtime (for Recurring Services)
35 calls scheduled per day
Maintenance Agreement renewals
Take payments & update billing information
Log tasks appropriately
Understanding of the dispatch board
Cancels, changes, reschedules, & refunds
Assist with Account/Invoice related questions
Pursue growth and learning
General admin
